Strap ripped after a few uses
This bag is beautiful, simple and a good size but rhe quality is so disappointing. I bought it in December, used it 10 times, and the strap ripped right out of the seam in March. I emailed customer service and sent them poctures, and they said they don’t warranty their products outside a 30 day window. I dont feel like this is acceptable for a $145 made-in-the-usa bag.
Easy bag
I’m the girl who’s always grabbing things from her bag. Water bottle (fits fine), chapstick, phone. It’s such an easy bag for normal days.

Absolutely the greatest bag I ever bought
Short strap
So beautiful. Gorgeous leather. Sadly not long enough for crossbody. The strap only goes to my chest when worn across the body. Had to return.
