Returns & Exchange

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to return it

after you receive your item to request a return.

Purchases ordered through Los Angeles Apparel Inc.'s US website,

cannot be returned or refunded in Europe.

The following return policy applies to orders placed through our EU website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition

As you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item

is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem

and can solve. Please make sure the tags are still in place and the items

are unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

 

Exceptions / Disposables

We cannot accept returns on bras, briefs, knickers and most bodysuits.

Unfortunately, we are also unable to accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you want

ordered and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All eligible returns must be accompanied by an original invoice or packing slip.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service where you pay for your shipment

receive a tracking number.

Los Angeles Apparel is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know

whether the refund was approved or not. If you are approved, you will automatically receive a refund

into your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or

Credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
