I've never really understood the oversize thing. Could we not just order larger sizes if we want it oversized? What if you don't want it oversized? Well, that was me. I grabbed the XS. And, it is actually still oversized on me in an XS (I usually wear S, sometimes XS, 5'11" and 160). Happily, there are these little adjuster button tabs on the sides, and this really brings it in a little bit, similar to how a belt brings in a belted trench coat, so that you have some shape instead of just an amorphous blob. Of course, if you want it to be oversized, that's totally fine. It looks especially adorable on girls oversized. But, back to the tabs, they are evidence of the VINTAGE HERITAGE of this item. In fact, if you didn't know any better, you'd think it was a vintage military jacket. LAA did a fantastic job with it in general, but they really made it look vintage as well. It's comfy, and the fabric is pliable and soft for canvas, just like vintage would be. The color is approximately a faded military green. The fit is, again, huge. Make sure you look at the measurements carefully. I am a sucker for vintage military stuff, and especially for modern day reproductions, such as this. Great job, LAA! I hope you do more stuff like this, but don't be afraid to make stuff to size, for gosh sake. I probably should be wearing an XXS in this, and I am not a petite gentleman. The price is good for what you're getting, made in LA from American components. I like mine so much that I'd really like to get the blue as well (seriously? it's blue? does it look grey to anyone else?), and I might do so if it's ever on clearance, but frankly I need it even less than I needed this green one. But, I really WANTED it. It makes me feel so happy! It's also incredibly versatile. You can look vintage casual, you can oversize it, you can wear it normal-sized (assuming it even comes in a size that will not fit oversized on you), you can use the adjustment tabs, you can dress it up as well and wear it over a collared shirt or even a shirt and tie with chinos. I love LAA, and they finally got me with this, because I needed some masks. Sidenote, I bought an XS pair of underpants as well. GREAT underwear, but they are not oversized. Should have gotten the S.
