I'm in absolute love with this mesh dress. The quality of the mesh is amazingly good. I'm 5"6, 27" waist and got a small. It's pretty tight but I think that's how the fit is supposed to be, in hindsight I would've gotten it in M because I'm used to slightly baggy shirts but it looks great nonetheless. I wear it with the Bra Bodysuit - B112CF that the model is using and it's super flattering, definitely my favorite neckline bodysuit.
