The customer service in Europe is sadly bad. I ordered two items and had to make a return, asking for an exchange. Unfortunately I had only a refund on 1 item, and nothing on the second one. And I get answer only after three emails... Like waiting my time. I used to be very satisfied about Los Angeles Apparel products but I will not make any purchase in the future because of this bad experience, and 100€ lost.

My favourite jeans

I got these last year in the light blue wash and they are phenomenal. Finding jeans that fit me properly has been a nightmare, but these fit my waist and thighs perfectly with a good amount of ease to give a nice relaxed fit. The quality is also unmatched. They're a heavy, somewhat stiff denim, but thats how I like my jeans, and they relax & loosen slightly w wear. I got the black wash recently and theyre just as amazing, however I did size up in those. I also have a very short torso, and they are not too high-waisted on me, they have the perfect rise length. For reference, I have a 29" waist and ordered the size 27 in the medium wash and size 28 in the black

Second time ordering these jeans

I love these jeans. I’m a waist 28 and they fit well. I bought them in medium wash 2 years ago and the black came today. I love them! Perfect for the winter.

Love the relaxed fit of these jeans. They’re so comfortable. They run small though. I had to go up 2 sizes from what I normally wear. I normally wear size 27 and had to get these in a 29.
